We’ll be dining somewhere close to the hotel. We’ll give you more details soon.

  • Free day
Enjoy the city. You’re located in a nice area of San Jose, with lots of shops and cafés. We’ll also make sure to take you to some of the best places in town. Expect Bruno to be in contact.

  • 7:50 am
We’ll send someone to pick you up and take you to the workshop’s venue. It’s a 40 min ride at this time of the day.

    9:00 am — 1:00 pm
    Day one of your workshop!

    1:30 pm
Lunch, and then free time to enjoy the city and the Design Week. Scroll down to find a map of events we think you shouldn’t miss.

    5:00 pm
Let’s meet at the Museum of Contemporary Art and Design. We’ll be exhibiting the selected and winning work from a little design awards we did as part of the Design Week. Here’s the location of the place, in case you’re walking around the city, so you can get there yourself.

    8:00 pm
Group dinner at Doma. We’ll be leaving from the Museum, but in case you’re somewhere else, here’s the location so you can get there yourself.

  • 8:00 am
We’ll send someone to pick you up and take you to the workshop’s venue. It’s a 40 min ride at this time of the day.

    9:00 am — 1:00 pm
    Day two of your workshop!

    1:30 pm
Lunch, and then free time to enjoy the city and the Design Week.

    7:30 pm
We’ll be having a group dinner at Cothnejo Fishy. We can pick you up from the hotel at 6:30 pm, or you can get there yourself.

  • Morning
We’ll begin our Conference Day at 10:00 am, and you’ll be the third speaker (12:00 pm), that means you should be getting there by 9:00 am so we can briefly go over your presentation and check sound. We’ll arrange your transport from the hotel.

    Afternoon
Enjoy the other talks or enjoy the city.

    7:30 pm
We’ll be having a group dinner at Sikwa (amazing place). If you’re enjoying the city or events, you can always get there yourself. (It’s right next to Cumpanis)

  • 8:00 am
Early departure towards the Caribbean. It’s a 4-hour drive, so the earlier we go, the better!

  • 8:00 am
Return to San Jose, and pretty much straight to the airport. It’s a week-day and the highway is busy so we’ll be leaving early even though you have to be at the airport by 2:15 pm… just in case.
